Our Website is getting ready!
The World Humanist Foundation (WHF) is a non-political, non-communal, and non-profit social development organization, established on 1 January 2019. With its head office in Dhaka and a regional office in Maheshpur, Jhenaidah, WHF is committed to empowering individuals and communities across Bangladesh.
At WHF, we believe that a fulfilling life requires two essential foundations: life skills and mental well-being. When nurtured together, these empower individuals to become responsible, empathetic, and resilient human beings—capable of contributing to a compassionate, inclusive, and equitable society.
Our programs focus on promoting life skills, strengthening mental health, and enhancing practical competencies, enabling people—especially adolescents and youth—to lead confident, capable, and meaningful lives. WHF’s work aligns with national priorities, including the National Youth Policy (2017), National Education Policy, and the National Social Protection Strategy, while advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
Through evidence-based interventions and community-centered initiatives, WHF strives to build a generation equipped with the skills, resilience, and values needed to shape a just, empathetic, and thriving Bangladesh.
